* Notes: This chart shows that non-white and white migration is pretty equal. White migration is extremely good into the South and the Mountain regions; Non-white migration is overpowering in New England. 
There are a number of states with negative non-white migration, and these have good futures for whites, as negative migration is just as helpful as positive migration is harmful. Mississippi, Louisiana, Michigan, Alabama, Wyoming, Arkansas and Missouri are all in really good position with regards to migration.
