*Note: Incoming Non-Hispanic White migration from foreign countries includes Jews, Hindus and Middle Eastern Muslims; they may in fact account for half or more of this number. Places where you see a high amount of white flight, including California, Illinois and New York would actually be even higher if these non-whites were separated out. This could be easily fixed in the 2020 census by moving these three groups into the Asian category.
